Steve Plutt, a local historian who lives near Lake George, will be speaking at the February Pikes Peak Historical Society Chautauqua on the history of Lake George.  How did the railroad influence this town, where did the name come from, and how did it change from a supplier of produce and ice to become a fishing and camping mecca?
