Filed under: Uncategorized — PPHS @ 8:24 am

This is Kathi Pilcher, founder of Gold Camp Victorian Society.  Since our group helped Celinda early on ,at her ranch by helping with tours there, I have tried to stay in connection.  We have also helped with re-enactments at Heritage Day.

We missed two years of our fundraiser tea and I have taken responsibility to do it this year.  Date is Saturday, May 14. 11:30 to 1:30. (arrive as early as 11:10) At the Victor Elks, 128 N. Third ,Victor, CO  There are stairs only up to their lodge room for the tea.

Our Guest of Honor will be OUR Theodore Roosevelt re-enactor Steven Smith. We will use the same dishes that TR used when he came to Victor in 1901.

Price is $25. Per person.  I plan to have a lot of food which includes many meats! BULLY!  Of Course teas, teas sandwiches and many desserts.  Tea is upstairs (no elevator) at Lodge #376, as it was built in 1897. Parking lot to south of building or find curbside.

Call Kathi at 719-659-3599 to hold reservation , and mail check to PO Box 735, Cripple Creek CO 89713,  by May 8, due to mail slowness.  About 28 of 60 spaces open today.  THANK YOU
